What equipment do I need?
Your plan will be tailored to fit your equipment availability. From bodyweight to a full home gym, we’ve got you covered!
How much time do I need to set aside for workouts each week?
In your on-boarding session, we’ll discuss your availability on both a daily and weekly basis. Typically, we recommend planning for 3-4 days per week, with sessions ranging from 30-60 minutes - depending on your schedule!
How will I receive my workouts?
Your workouts will be sent to you directly through our programming app called True Coach. During your initial consultation, we will walk you through downloading the app, creating an account, accessing your workouts, and tracking your progress. If you have not already had your initial consultation, use the contact box below to schedule one now!

Do your programs come with videos?
Yes! At BE WISE Fitness, we believe that movement quality is everything! Each prescribed movement will have a video demonstration linked to it. All videos are seamlessly integrated into True Coach for ease of access during your workouts.
Do you offer virtual personal training?
At this time, we have very limited availability for virtual personal training. Each custom package, however, includes one weekly video call with your coach. These calls will serve to answer any questions you may have, discuss wins for the week, and make any necessary adjustments to the program.
Will you provide modifications to the exercises, if needed?
Of course! Every movement can be modified!
That being said, we try to eliminate this scenario by writing your workout for YOU. Your program will be customized to fit your wants and needs, as well as to your ability levels and equipment availability.
Can I return my guide?
Unfortunately, we do not issue returns on programs as you’ll get immediate access upon enrolling. If you are needing to adjust, however, we are more than happy to work with you on creating a solution that can accommodate your needs!
Do you offer meal plans?
Nope. As nutrition coaches, we’ve found it more effective to guide our clients through making a series of small changes to their diets that become long lasting habits. Remember, we are creating a LIFESTYLE! We’re here to help you establish a healthy relationship with food, empowering you to feel confident in your nutritional choices.
Do you prescribe macronutrients?
We focus on lifestyle changes designed to improve your relationship with food. If you are needing specific macronutrient assistance, we are happy to refer you to a registered dietician!
